Chivalrous
Despite his young age, Ashenkit's personality most resembles those of the twoleg's knights of legends.  Raised under his father's stories of the late Ashenwhite, whom he was named after, he looks up to the gallantry and heroism Cliffstalker still sees his former mentor as, and lives to be the same exemplary warrior who lives to serve others for the good of the clan.

Clumsy
In spite his wishing for nothing more to be a warrior of worthy caliber, Ashenkit is hopelessly clumsy, constantly falling flat on his face, his wobbly legs leaving for little grace in his actions.  If there is a prank being made, he will usually be the one to fall for it, even when it is not meant for him, his klutzy behavior making sure he is the target every time, by accident or not.

Determined
No matter how many bumps to the head or walls he runs into, or how many embarrasing situations he gets himself into due to his clumsiness, Ashenkit is never put down from his high spirits, and determinately carries on, letting nothing get on his way for longer than it has to.

Lovable
Due to his need to always put the needs of others first, Ashenkit is known to be a lovable tom, rarely getting into mischief and always being corteous to others.  He is very close to his family, loving nothing more than to snuggle up to his mother and sister while his father tells stories of his late mentor and his feats of heroism.  He follows his heart in all decisions he makes, upholding the warrior code not as law but as guidelines one must live by to ensure peace for all.

Honorable
Tied directly to his chivalry, Ashenkit is also an honorable kit.  Much like his father, he has a code he follows, which grows as his maturity comes with age.  For now, it mostly entails being corteous to elders and queens, and never catching a kit off guard to play fight, considering a surprise attack cheap and dishonorable.  He dislikes anything that gives him an unnatural advantage, although he gladly welcomes skill and strength as acceptable advantages no matter what.

History

Born to Cloudydawn in a litter of two, Ashenkit was named after Cliffstalker's former mentor, Ashenwhite.  He lives as most kits do, running around the nursery, playing, and getting to know the clan and rules a warrior lives by.  Taking more to his mother's personality, Ashenkit is quiet and dislikes bragging, preferring to hear the stories of others to tell his own.  He is happiest when in the company of others, and loves nothing more than the visits his father does from time to time to tell the tales of his namesake, stories that further fuel his need to be the most honorable warrior that ever lived.  He is very naive, believing everything his father tells him.  While this adds to his lovable charm, it tends to worry some of the queens, as they fear that his naiveness along with his sense of justice and need to help others might get him into trouble as he grows older, and they can only hope he grows out of it before that time comes.

Kindlestar  : "Mom says she's the leader of FireClan.  I've seen her a few times, and she always seems so busy.  She must be, taking care of so many cats!  I don't know how she does it.  I bet she must be very honorabable and brave to have so many cats look up to her."

Twopelt  : "Dad says he's the detupy?  He helps Kindlestar, and he's Kindlestar's mate too, just like mom and dad!  He looks like two cats merged into one.  I wonder if he really is and it's like two cats helping Kindlestar out?  That would be so cool!  ... but I guess that would mean Kindlestar is mated to two cats?  I'm confused..."

Blackfire  : "He's one of dad's warrior friends.  He looks mean and is always teasing dad, but then dad teases him right back!  Mom says that's how they show they care for each other...  He must be a super strong warrior for dad to care so much about him!

Cloudydawn  : "She's my mom, and she's the nicest cat ever!  I love her so much.  She's the best cat to snuggle up against, even when it's warm."

Cliffstalker  : "He's my dad, and he's the coolest cat!  He isn't around as often as mom is, but whenever he comes around he always has stories to tell us."

Mossykit  : "She's my sister, and she's awesome.  She's super sweet, and she hates play fights, which I am okay with cause I would hate to scratch and bite her!  I mean... how can you scratch and bite someone so nice?  I have to tackle bullies offa her sometimes... but she's always looking out for me too."
